In May this year, I headed to Canada for the Toronto Comic Arts Festival with my friend and fellow comics maker, Ian Williams (AKA Thom Ferrier). We did some teaching and exhibited and sold our comics. Here is my third and final report from the weekend.

TCAF REPORT - 6
Meet Matthew Sheret. He brought his fantastic Paper Science color tabloid comics on newsprint to TCAF. He made a nice package of 5 of them wrapped in specially designed paper. Of course, I needed to get a copy of just the wrapping paper for my collection.

Meet Ben Hutchings.
He is from Melbourne, Australia, where they hung the famous outlaw Ned Kelly.

TCAF REPORT- 2
The ever present Dustin Harbin was indeed present. Though he was hiding out behind his wall of goodies, he made a great presentation at The Doug Wright Awards. He did this great mini-comic about the Doug Wright Awards last year, based on his TCJ.COM series (which you can see here) and his effusive commentary about the Doug Wright Awards rightfully got him the gig. And yes, I agree with Dustin…
