Super hot.
Saw these over on 4th Letter and loooved the designs. (Hit the link to read David Brothers’ thoughts on the book.) Designed by Peter Mendelsund and published by Vertical, it’s a clean, modernist nod toward the classic Penguin covers. Take a look at their catalog for some more beautifully-designed books. I’ve always been especially fond of the dress for the collections of Tezuka’s Black Jack series.
